Why this exists
From Jeff, the founder.
I'm Jeff, the founder. I'm also a mortgage agent with a book of my own, and that's where this started. A few years ago I came across the idea of mortgage monitoring and I fell in love with it. Every client's mortgage, watched after it funds. Rates, penalties, maturity dates. When the numbers say call, you call.
I built the first version in Google Sheets. It took me hours every week, but it worked. More than half of my book now comes from clients I already had.
Then brokers started asking if they could use it. So I built the real thing. RateGuardPro is that, done properly. I still open it every morning. And our first broker on it just passed $100,000 in income from their book in six months.
P.S. Hoping we can make you a lot of money and look after a lot of clients along the way. Let's go find some deals.

Getting in
Who it's for, and how it starts.- Connects to your CRM, or a spreadsheet. Your book loads. You don't retype it.
- Nothing sends without you. You read every email before it goes. Or set it to automatic, your call.
- Your data stays yours. Security and privacy, in plain English.
If you've got a book, this is for you. Forty deals or four hundred, doesn't matter. The business is already in there, you just haven't had the hours to find it. Brand new? Bookmark this and come back once you've funded a few.
You'll be emailed when the next spot opens up.
